Where do you deliver?
 
We deliver throughout KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. Once you have placed your order, sit back and relax, and we will deliver your items directly to your home or office.
 
Is there a delivery charge?
 
All orders delivered to KSA customers above 179 SAR will have free delivery! Any orders below 179 SAR will be subject to a delivery fee of 20 SAR. If you select cash on delivery as a payment method, there will be an additional charge of 19SAR, which will be collected upon delivery. You can avoid this charge by pre-paying for your order with a credit/debit card.
All orders delivered to UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain customers will be subject to a delivery fee or free delivery as per the order values specified below.

How long will my order take to arrive?
 
After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can track your order from your account login page.
We know how frustrating it can be if you don"t receive your order on time. At PerfumeCo, it is very important to us that we get your order to you as quickly as possible! On the rare occasion that your order has not arrived on time, please contact us via phone or email mentioned on our “Contact Us” page on the website.
In Riyadh, you can receive your order within 24 hours, depending on the time of your order. Many orders are delivered in less than 2 hours.
In other cities in KSA, you will receive your order within 1-3 days.
In UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain, you will receive your order within 3-5 days.
We know how excited you will be to receive your order. We always do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible!
 
Can I track my order?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
 
To change your delivery address, you can contact us via phone or email mentioned on our “Contact Us” page on the website to notify us of your correct address. Also, the courier company will call you prior to delivery to confirm your shipping address, which will enable you to change it at that time.
Please note that changes in the delivery address after the purchase has been completed might cause a delay in your shipment.

All our fragrances are exclusively blended for Perfume Co., and they are inspired by the fragrances of international designer brands. We uphold the same high-quality standards, but we eliminate the high packaging costs and profit markups to bring our customers an affordable alternative to their favorite designer perfumes. Perfume Co. is not associated in any way with international designer brands or their manufacturers. Any name of or reference to an international designer brand on our websites, products, or ads is only used for comparison purposes.
