How can I return an item?

If there is something wrong with your order, you received the wrong item, or you are otherwise unhappy with your order, kindly submit a return request within 60 days of receiving your order by completing the form below. Please note that a customer is entitled to one return or exchange per order.

What is the return notice period?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and would like to return it, you can do so within 60 days of delivery. If there is something wrong with your order, it is damaged, or you received the wrong item, you can return it to us.  

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We have a Golden Guarantee. If you don’t receive from us the items that you ordered or if our delivery is unreasonably delayed or you are dissatisfied with our products and services in any way, we will transfer you the equivalent amount of money back. If you paid for your order through a credit card, Apple Pay, or the Buy Now, Pay Later option, then we will refund your money through the same payment method with which you placed your order.

How long does a return or exchange refund take?

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process, the better! Our Courier team will arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days to collect the item(s) you wish to return. The refunded money will be wired to you within 1-3 business days.
